Birmingham Sunrise Rotary Club

Locally, the Birmingham Sunrise Rotary Club is also actively involved in the greening of Birmingham. We enjoy contributing our time, muscles, and resources to the creation of green spaces, walking trails, and parks that serve the people of Birmingham. Join us!
As part of our local mission to be an integral part of the greening of Birmingham, the Birmingham Sunrise Rotary Club has joined forces with the Freshwater Land Trust and the landscape architects of Goodwin Mills Cawood to help develop the next extension of the Jones Valley Greenway. By the time the World Games come to town in 2022, there will be a beautiful pedestrian boulevard that connects the Lakeview area with Avondale. And, as you walk along you will be able to rest your legs at a scenic spot along the trail – the Sunrise Pavilion. READ MORE
